Fitness Mantra Gym is committed to ensuring a transparent and fair refund process. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable.

1. Membership Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team or at the gym reception.
  • Refunds are eligible only if the member cancels within 7 days of purchase, provided no services have been availed.
  • If another person takes over the membership in your place, no cash refund will be provided.
  • No refunds will be issued after 7 days of membership activation or once services have been used.

2. Class or Program Cancellations

  • If a scheduled class or program is canceled by Fitness Mantra Gym, members can request a full refund or credit for future sessions.
  • No refund is provided if a member misses a class or fails to attend without prior notice.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
